3999bit Terms and Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By using the 3999bit.ws website and the 3999bit mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 3999bit Platform.

3999bit updates odds in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment apply. However, odds may be voided or changed in the following circumstances:

• Where a clear technical error existed prior to the match starting.
• Significant deviation from actual market odds (abnormally skewed odds).
• Incorrect odds displayed due to an internet outage.

4.3 Match Cancellations & Results

If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded. If a match is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours, existing bets will remain valid.

5. Payment Policy

• 3999bit charges no fees on deposits — charges from your mobile operator may apply.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The following terms apply:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳ 10,00,000
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.

• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may request account closure at any time through 3999bit Support. Please withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure by 3999bit

3999bit may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity.
• KYC verification failure.
• Evidence of being under age.
• Extended inactivity (more than 1 year).

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability

3999bit is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to your internet connection dropping.
• Disruption caused by a third-party payment gateway.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any loss resulting from you sharing your account credentials with another person.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
